How Will My Life Coaching Sessions Work?
You will start with an initial consultation and your first therapy session, followed by the remaining sessions. At every subsequent session you will have time to check in and reflect on your progress before deciding where you want to go on your journey this week. This is a two way commitment and activity in between sessions will help you succeed and achieve your goals and aspirations.
Depending on which coaching set you choose, Alison will use a selection of techniques, such as NLP (neuro linguistic programming) and CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), to help you get to the root cause of your issue and change limiting beliefs and stubborn behaviours. Alison may also use one, or a combination of, other therapeutic interventions to compliment your coaching, for example Emotional Freedom Technique
Life coaching can be face to face at the Flourish therapy room, by telephone or messenger phone, or by messenger video call.

Life Balance Coaching Therapy

This course of 6 sessions will take you from self discovery right through to achieving a more balanced life, where you can be your best and happiest self. Emotional Balance Coaching Therapy
We all experience difficult times in our life; working through or moving on from those can be a challenge on our own. This course of 6 sessions will help you to understand the emotion; where it’s embedded itself, and what it’s attached to. It will support you to decide where you want to be, and help you to get there. The sessions may also include interventions of Emotional Freedom Technique and Reiki, at the customers discretion. You will be supported throughout and in between sessions and leave with your own balance tool kit – Enjoy with a touch of aromatherapy at the end to leave feeling relaxed

Resilience Coaching Therapy
Anxiety, low mood, panic, fear and phobias are extremely deliberating, but all are curable in an otherwise healthy person. Balanced Thought Coaching Therapy

For the most part this is helpful, however, our primitive brain will delete and distort information to protect us, at a subconscious level. This isn’t always helpful, and can leave us stuck in a rut about how we think, feel, behave and perceive the world around us.
