How Will My Life Coaching Sessions Work?

You will start with an initial consultation that will be followed by 6 therapy sessions.  Alison uses techniques such as NLP (neuro linguistic programming) and CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), to help you get to the root cause of your issue and change limiting beliefs and stubborn behaviours.   Alison may also use one or a combination of other therapeutic interventions to compliment your coaching, should you wish to include it, for example Emotional Freedom Technique or crystal therapy.   Alison may also support your recovery and goal ambitions with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, meditation and mindfulness activities.  Each session is structured to allow for reflection, coaching (or therapy) and activity planning.
